Constructed entirely from stainless steel, it ensures durability and longevity in demanding environments. This unit is self-contained, featuring two removable stainless steel grease filters and two counter-mounted particulate charcoal filters. The integrated ANSUL R-102 Fire Suppression System enhances safety, although the responsibility for charging, inspection, and commissioning lies with the customer. A stainless steel three-position adjustable shelf is included, accommodating various electric appliances and cooking vessel heights. This shelf supports up to three pieces of countertop equipment with a total maximum wattage of 7200, suitable for appliances such as Vollrath induction units, griddles, sandwich presses, and fryers. The FC-6DV-36 is UL710B Recognized and UL Classified to NSF2, affirming its compliance with industry standards. It is imperative that customers secure approval from the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) prior to purchase. Note that this is a custom product and cannot be canceled or returned.
