This station measures 46 inches wide, 28-5/8 inches deep, and 57-5/16 inches high, providing ample space for various culinary applications. Equipped with three thermoset sealed wells, each controlled by individual manual dials, this unit ensures precise temperature management without the need for spillage pans, each well consuming 480 watts. The hot food station is designed with a buffet-style breath guard to maintain food hygiene and an enclosed base for added convenience. Constructed with a brushed aluminum vinyl-clad 20 gauge carbon steel base, it is both durable and aesthetically pleasing. For mobility, it includes four 4-inch swivel casters, two of which are braked. Operating on 120v/60/1-ph with a 12-amp draw, it is fitted with a cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. The manifold drain simplifies cleaning, enhancing its practicality.
