The Vulcan VBP18ES-CBFT Correctional Holding/Transport Cabinet is a specialized mobile unit designed for the secure and efficient transportation and holding of food products in institutional settings. With a capacity to accommodate either twelve 18" x 26" x 1" pans or twenty-four 12" x 20" x 4" pans, this cabinet is equipped with twelve pairs of adjustable tray slides spaced 4 inches on center. It features a forced air blower and an electronic control with a digital display, allowing for precise temperature management up to 200°F. Constructed with a durable 20-gauge stainless steel interior and exterior, it is built with tamper-resistant fasteners for enhanced security, making it suitable for correctional facilities and other high-security environments. The cabinet includes recessed and welded side-mounted handles and a 14-gauge lockable transport latch to ensure safe mobility. For ease of movement, it is designed with a full perimeter bumper and 5-inch casters, including two swivel casters with brakes and two rigid casters.
