This mobile cabinet accommodates up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" x 1" sheet pans or 36 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" steam table pans, offering substantial storage flexibility. It features a fan and air tunnel system to ensure even heat distribution, enhancing its efficiency and reliability. The unit comes with 10 pairs of adjustable tray slides with a 3" on-center spacing, and a 1/2 gallon water pan to maintain optimal humidity levels. Its construction includes a glass door for easy visibility and stainless steel for durability. The cabinet also includes a drip trough and removable drip pan for cleanliness.
