    Most used tool in the bakery!

    This tool is used all day in our bakery. Always dependable and we seem to never have enough (clean) of them! One caution: if they are dropped or otherwise abused, the tips of the corners can get 'curled up' and then can mar a wooden surface. However, they are easily pounded out straight using a (gentle) hammer. A must have for the bakery!!
