    Solid Professional Dough Scraper – Just File Down Those Sharp Corners for 5 Stars

    This Winco DSC-3 dough scraper is a sturdy, reliable tool that feels right at home in a busy kitchen or serious home baker’s setup. The 6" x 3" stainless steel blade is nice and sharp for cleanly dividing dough, scraping benches, and transferring portions without much effort. I love the wooden handle – it gives a comfortable, secure grip that doesn’t slip, and the whole thing has a solid, professional build quality that should hold up well over time.

    It performs exactly as expected for portioning pizza dough, bread loaves, or pastry – efficient and satisfying to use.

    The only reason I’m docking half a star is that the corners of the blade came quite sharp – sharp enough that they could easily nick or cut skin if you’re not careful during handling or cleaning. A quick pass with a file or sandpaper fixed it for me, but it was an unexpected detail for a tool that gets grabbed quickly in the kitchen. Overall, great value and performance for the price. Highly recommend for restaurants or dedicated bakers – just be mindful of those edges at first. Would buy again!
