The griddle includes a standing pilot light for ease of use and safety. Constructed with a 3/4-inch polished steel plate, it ensures even heat distribution and durability. This model is designed with a side and back splash guard to prevent splatter, maintaining a clean cooking environment. The stainless steel insulated double-wall body and a cool-touch front plate rail enhance safety and comfort during operation. A 3-1/2-inch full-width grease trough and a grease drawer with a weep hole and baffle facilitate efficient grease management.
