Complementing the burners is a 24-inch griddle on the left side, crafted from a 3/4-inch thick plate, equipped with manual controls for precise temperature management. The range incorporates a 4-inch wide front grease trough, ensuring efficient capture and disposal of cooking residues. The refrigerated base, positioned on the left, houses two drawers, providing convenient access to chilled ingredients, while a cabinet base on the right offers additional storage space. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, backriser, and lift-off high shelf, this unit combines durability with practicality.
